We campaign for fair pay, safer workplaces and improved working conditions including high quality pensions whilst challenging all forms of discrimination and prejudice to ensure dignity and equality for all.
We enable our members to have their voices heard in building inclusive and accessible workplaces and communities across Pembrokeshire.
UNISON Pembrokeshire supports workers within Pembrokeshire County Council and Schools, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, Pembrokeshire College, Ateb and third sector organisations delivering public services such as care homes.
